The Pentagon admitted on Wednesday that one of the airdrops of weapons intended for Kurds in the besieged Syrian town of Kobani almost certainly ended up in the hands of the Islamic State (Isis) fighters.
The Pentagon blamed the wind for possibly blowing the supplies off course and argued that one cache was not enough to make a significant difference to Isis.
Video footage released by Isis shows what appears to be one of its fighters in desert scrubland with a stack of boxes attached to a parachute. The boxes are opened to show an array of weapons, some rusty, some new. A canister is broken out to reveal a hand grenade. Other equipment appeared to be parts for rocket-propelled grenades.

He isn’t the only one, LOL! It took this long to come out with this?
I thought it obvious when Snowden first went public with his info, inevitable considering humans and their penchant for greed.

Didn’t get over here yesterday. And look how late I am today. It’s 10:00 p.m. EDT
Pete came over this morning after dropping Nicholas off at pre-school. Nick has a full day today so we managed to knock out two movies. Between movies I fed Pete the Mushroom Bacon soup I made over the weekend.
Don’t know if I mentioned Bob’s doctor left the clinic, leaving Bob to have to find a new General Practitioner, or whatever they call them these days. Oh, “Primary Care Doctor.” Anyway, he found one and had his first appointment today. Bob’s initial opinion is that he liked him.
After Pete left to go pick Nicholas up I mowed for a couple hours. Got everything but the neighbor’s trails, etc. It got down to 28° last night and my sugar maple felt the pain. It’s a big tree, gorgeous yellow, leave had been falling but today? After that cold night it sped up with the leaves and when I started to mow around 4:00 the tree was almost bare. Unbelievable.
Now I’m trying to catch up on the internet. Only got on it at 8:00, so it took me two hours to clean out my email box. Came here first after that.
I better get going, time is short. Heck, I don’t even know what’s in the news yet for today.

Pain in the online ass day here, Yahoo ate all my inbox emails back to 8/28/14 then three hours later mysteriously regurgitated them after I Tweeted what I thought of the incident in the first place.
After a night with one of the most remarkable lucid dreams I have had in recent memory, total fun playing in it, tossing bottle caps and matchbooks at the surrounding people to see if they would react, most did not, but it was fun trying. Did not know who I was with, at least two as we cavorted about having a grand time, extremely vivid in detail, indistinguishable from real life.
It’s been a long time since a good one like that and the Yahoo thing was probably the Karmic balance to it.

I have vivid dreams, but almost always of the have-to-get-up-now variety.
