Monday Leakage

Google took almost three years to disclose to the open information group WikiLeaks that it had handed over emails and other digital data belonging to three of its staffers to the US government, under a secret search warrant issued by a federal judge.

WikiLeaks has written to Google’s executive chairman, Eric Schmidt, to protest that the search giant only revealed the warrants last month, having been served them in March 2012. In the letter, WikiLeaks says it is “astonished and disturbed” that Google waited more than two and a half years to notify its subscribers, potentially depriving them of their ability to protect their rights to “privacy, association and freedom from illegal searches”.

American Sniper. That’s one movie I won’t be renting when it comes out on DVD. I think it was made by a Christian republican. Not my cup of tea to watch the story of an American sniper who enjoyed killing people, who didn’t give a shit if it was a kid or a woman he took out. We have way too many people in this country now of that nature, no empathy.

The movie will bring out the patriotism in republican voters, they’ll probably cheer the guy throughout the movie as he blow people away and talks god up. It’s based on a true story, a real sniper name Chris Kyle. He’s an example of what goes around, comes around when he got shot in the back and the back of the head by a fellow military guy at a gun range. For that split second before he died, maybe he got it…what he did to over 160 men, women and children.

No weather going on here. We had quite a sunny day, too. The solar lights that were still working but dim, are bright. Quite a few of the solar lights that haven’t lit up in weeks are lit. They may not last the night, but they got charge and that makes me happy.

I use LED flashlights, no bulbs to fail and batteries last a long time, Maglite makes them too.
