Mark Fiore did not have a new video today. 😦
Finally secured a spot of land here, an acre, undeveloped, with owner financing at least, just barely affordable for me. Now I am trying to locate and inexpensive motor-home to park there and start the development process, drill well, install septic and bring in power, power is first, a motor-home is self contained allowing me to do the other stuff as I can afford to. Have to buy a good chainsaw now too, too many trees, I need defensible space. Fun stuff.

Stick walked 2 miles in 40 minutes which is 3 mph! That’s 194+40=234 minutes so far this week.

On the walk I passed a Wildcat travel trailer parked with its long tipout tipped out. Looks like lots of room inside and probably much less expensive than a similar sized RV bus.

      • David B. Benson says:

Travel trailer prices are all over the map.

I might have nailed one down, Shasta Cheyenne 25 ft. class C. It is at the Camper repair facility a few doors up from me, 34,000 miles, like new, roof just sealed with a new awning, good prospect, beats the C/L ripoff, 😉

If it is just going to sit I still opine a travel trailer might be a better way.

  3. Den says:

Oh it won’t just be sitting, once power is set up I can plan my adventure, me and this baby is rolling down the road, and if it works out, expect a visit. I will have a power connection @ the DWF Ranch, after that it’s hit the road time, so dust off your stuff cuz the Den is coming to a town near you, as soon as I sell the pickup that is, hopefully August, consider yourselves warned.

Good! Pullman has a municipal RV park. By all means stop by. When you are ready I’ll suggest some scenic routes and when you arrive I’ll be happy to take you out to dinner at Swilly’s.

      • David B. Benson says:

Park only open in the more summer-like months.

        Oky Doky 🙂

I kind of agree with DB. Build yourself something somewhat permanent, a self designed log cabin on wheels (Lincoln Logs have evolved, and you have trees to build with) that can relocated with your truck. When wanderlust hits, strap a sleeping bag to your bike, and when you’re done, you’ll have your home to return to.

/total flight of fantasy here, just having fun.
