Colon Blower Breakfast

Bacon, ham and sausages rank alongside cigarettes as a major cause of cancer, the World Health Organisation has said, placing cured and processed meats in the same category as asbestos, alcohol, arsenic and tobacco.

The report from the WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer said there was enough evidence to rank processed meats as group 1 carcinogens because of a causal link with bowel cancer.

It places red meat in group 2A, as “probably carcinogenic to humans”. Eating red meat is also linked to pancreatic and prostate cancer, the IARC says.

The IARC’s experts concluded that each 50-gram (1.8-ounce) portion of processed meat eaten daily increased the risk of colorectal cancer by 18%.

“For an individual, the risk of developing colorectal cancer because of their consumption of processed meat remains small, but this risk increases with the amount of meat consumed,” said Dr Kurt Straif, head of the IARC monographs programme. “In view of the large number of people who consume processed meat, the global impact on cancer incidence is of public health importance.”

Actually processed meats are an infrequent visitor to my innards.

So the WHO determined even red meat is carcinogenic, so who is keeping track of all the chemicals being pumped into cattle to keep them disease free anyway? Who is to say if the chemicals were removed it might be safer. You have those chemicals AND those chemicals being heated to 165 degrees transforming their structures into altered chemicals with unknown results.

Chicken are no better being raised in factory farms, chemically enhanced, biotic free, frankenchickens.

So lets see, the ocean fish are unsafe, lake fish are unsafe, chickens and turkeys are unsafe, beef is unsafe, corn is unsafe as are most Monsanto enhanced grains, what’s left?

Well we could plant our own grains and veggies, but wait, there is that nasty 3000 flights/day raining down un-burned hydrocarbons. Well we could raise our own chickens then right? Nope the seed they need to eat is from Monsanto which incidentally is also subject to the daily jet fuel and leaded gas used in light planes rain down on anything and everything including water supplies.

So essentially what we are seeing in slow motion is the gradual self poisoning being conducted on the human and animals species on planet Earth leading to the slow extinction of all life due to the inability to eat clean enough food that would NOT produce cancer.

    Have a nice day!

My feet are enough better to restart stick walking. This evening just went 0.4 miles up the Missouri Flat Creek and back to the Nuevo Vallarta in 33 minutes. After dinner it is a nominal 10 minutes to go home.

This 43 minutes is plenty in these walking shoes.

Doc, I have a roller. I’m supposed to use it in the spring when the soil is very moist, after April showers. I think if I dragged it around now, it couldn’t iron much out. The heavy tractor is better, 4 tires PLUS it has ME on the thing.

I BROKE MY TRACTOR! I ran many errands today, after I was done it was mowing time, I was so happy. Lots of leaves to chop up, it was going to be fun.

And it was until I got up to a spruce, poked my way in to get the sparse grass, and when I tried to back up, it wouldn’t do it. The left tire was pointed straight, the right tire was at a horrible angle, WHAT???? Couldn’t back out of the spruce. I couldn’t straighten the wheel by trying to lift the front end, so I had to leave her there. For the night. In the cold and wind, and it might rain. 😦

We bought it July 8, 2014. Warranty! Bob called D&G where we bought it AFTER he called a guy we worked with that always fixes our tractors. Jeff can’t come until tomorrow.

As for the warranty? You can wipe your butt with anything that makes promises. Like buy yourself health insurance, high deductibles and copays cause you to not use it. Home insurance, high deductibles, one never has enough damage to use their house insurance. Car insurance. Forced to have it, and it’s a good thing, but they don’t help us anymore. High deductibles and if we use the car insurance, our premiums go up. The warranty from John Deere, or D&G, whatever, they may fix it but they have to pick it up and take it to their business for $79. So, my almost new tractor broke and they will make it hard for me to have THEM fix it. They DO have trucks that say D&G that drive around fixing things, I had one come out here once, that’s another story of what a repair guy came out here, but he DID come out here.

It turns out Pete is coming in the morning, his turn to drop Nicholas off at school, and he’ll look at it. Bob & Pete seem to think it’s a bolt, a pin, something popped off the wheel.

Oh, I still have my old John Deere but stupid me hasn’t started it all summer and the damn battery was dead. 😦 No guy here to get it jump started, so that was that for my mowing. Gosh, I was so enjoying mowing. Love when it’s time to chop up the leaves.

I’ll let you know what was wrong with it tomorrow.

Off to read the news. Another busy day for me.
