We drove Journey to Tecumseh today. I rode in the backseat with her. She never laid down, watched out the windshield all the way. An hour drive. She kept shifting her front legs, but she wouldn’t lay down. She’s no spring chicken.
Jill and I started to choke up when the recep too Journey to the inner bowels of the clinic, presumably to a cage. Jill and I still depressed tonight. Too bad we couldn’t keep her. We both fell in love with her in a short week. *sniff*

Jill’s boyfriend is planning on moving in with her April 1st. They’ve been together now 2 years, time to shit or get off the pot so-to-speak. This will be good, pooling their resources, sharing the daily chores and human needs….if they love each other, this will be a win-win for the two them. Save a lot of cash, etc. The best thing in life, having a partner to share it with.
