I may have somehow let a BIC lighter fall out of my parka pocket the other night while touring the ranch on my tractor. Can’t find it anywhere, hope when I mow later and probably drive over it the blades don’t make it explode. 😦

Kind of cooled down around here, yesterday and today. Haven’t needed the A/C, thank you Mother Nature. We need to save some money, damn electric bill.

I liked it better when Bob was working and we had his paycheck. Not liking only having SS. Our expenditures haven’t changed, just our income, which makes me laugh even more at the republican lie that with lower taxes, the government takes in more money. Yeah, right. Don’t understand how people can simply believe what they say. Proves they don’t think. If you take in less money, YOU HAVE LESS MONEY.

Caught a Trump speech this morning while having coffee and almonds. Damn, he’s one weird dude. First he looks stupid in that cap, his damn hand gestures with his finger always pointing upward. And the shit he says? I’ll be so happy when this election is over and the media quits pushing him down our throats.

Again 12 minutes to the Hillside Cafe. Not so crowded today. Maybe some headed out for the long weekend already.

Then down the p. stairs, out past the Birch & Barley to cross the Moscow highway and north to Grimes Way. West there to the top of the campus and down to C Street. Total of 105 minutes on the sticks. Just strolled the rest of the way home. My calves are slightly noticeable.

      Day 6: 143+12+105=260 minutes.

At the end of Grimes Way there was a large flock, maybe 60, of small black birds wheeling, landing in the trees east across Terre View Drive, then aloft again, splitting into two formations and rejoining, all this several times. The birds eventually flew back to the west so out of sight behind the pseudo-willows along the creek.

REALITY CHECK: Does Donald Trump’s wall already exist?? Todd Miller at TomDispatch.com

He said today: “Last night Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump … said that he is going to build an ‘impenetrable, tall, powerful, beautiful southern border wall.’ He said that it will be equipped with the most sophisticated technology imaginable, sensors that can detect people both above and below, aerial surveillance, and an upsurge of agents. However, Trump is describing what already exists. There is already a wall. There is already sophisticate technology including aerial systems and surveillance towers. And there are already more than 21,000 Border Patrol agents, a five-fold increase since the early 1990s. Clearly, Trump would add to this if he won the presidency. However, he would be building on the most massive border enforcement regime that has already been created in the United States, by both political parties.”

Miller wrote: “Although wall construction began during Bill Clinton’s administration, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) built most of the approximately 700 miles of fencing after the Secure Fence Act of 2006 was passed. At the time, Senator Hillary Clinton voted in favor of that Republican-introduced bill, along with 26 other Democrats. ‘I voted numerous times when I was a senator to spend money to build a barrier to try to prevent illegal immigrants from coming in,’ she commented at one 2015 campaign event, ‘and I do think you have to control your borders. … If the comprehensive immigration reform that Hillary Clinton pledges to introduce as president is based on the already existing bipartisan Senate package, as has been indicated, then this corporate-enforcement landscape will be significantly bolstered and reinforced.”

Mr./Ms President, tear down that wall!!

Sound familiar? A wall dividing a bad place from a good one to keep people in vs a castle wall to keep people out. He understands the box syndrome because he has been living in one up till he started to need to be president, outside the box.

Since he left his box it has been glaringly obvious he is clueless of functions not in his box.

Meanwhile Ole Hill keeps digging herself into the quicksand of her own making resulting in a drop in popularity which if left to freefall, could slide box boy into the big chair even though he carries a weaker popularity than Ole Hill, oy vae!

Third partiers Jill and Gary are even weaker.

Nope, unless Bernie gets back in the game, we lose, again, he could kick both the other clowns out of the circus with real media coverage this time. Put on your white hat and get busy Bernie! America NEEDS you!
