Back finally simmering down today. Swept the kitchen floor, shook rugs, drove to the library, cleaned the bathroom, changed the bed, dusted the LR and other assorted putzing. Tomorrow, make the cheesecake and my salads. Oh, and do the wash.
Swarzzenager had a heart valve replaced, woke up and allegedly said, “I’m back.”
I got the new shower curtain I ordered. Washed it to get the wrinkles out, hung it up and now I have to take it back down and steam the folds out. Grrr. I should have done that when I got it out of the dryer and spotted the fold lines. I mean, duh.
Tomorrow I’ll dust my iron off and wet a handkerchief and steam the fold lines out. I can’t live with the curtain not being…smooth.
Up to Kimbrough for the disappointing French horn senior recital, even if the hornist is “only” a music education major. Then across Stadium Way to the east in order to explore what is now called Ferdinand’s Way as well as some of its branches. Didn’t go quite as far as the nuclear reactor but did go through the Alumni Arboretum with the leaves and branches impressions in the concrete of the walkway. Then back to the Hillside Cafe for a big salmon dinner; 74 minutes so far.
Took me 3 times to retype and post that as something pretending to be Sprint or Samsung or Walmart takes over the tab and I have to delete it to kill the pest.

In the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my comments have caused.
