Scary Wednesday

The FBI has been asked to investigate whether a hoaxer offered women money to make false allegations about Robert Mueller, the special counsel investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 election.

Several journalists and bloggers in the US received an email this month purporting to be from a woman who had been offered money to smear Mueller with bogus claims of inappropriate behaviour decades ago.

After Mueller’s office was told about the email, it referred the matter to federal investigators, who are now likely to examine whether the hoax scheme described in the woman’s email is real – or if the email itself contains false information.

Another effort to discredit Muellers team by the Bengazi crowd.

As for me, “pumpkin spice” belongs in pumpkin pie…not in lattes, candles, perfume, or pet shampoo.

    Happy Pumpkin (sans spice) Day!

    Pacific Northwest grey day today.

Some sky tears as I slowly made my way up to the Hillside Cafe in 18 minutes due to my right foot being swollen for no reason that I can discern.

Still swollen on the return so 35 minutes today. Ouch.

Day 4: 93+35=128 minutes. By the way, 128 is 2 to the 7th power. In case you were wondering. Or not.

Went with Pete today to my grandson’s school for the Halloween doings. Mostly it was about a parade, Nicholas is in 2nd grade. The kids were so cute, we were in the classroom, chaos at least to me as they got into their costumes, and later we went outside and all the classes through 5th grade paraded by.

Next to us was a mom with what seems to be a 10 month old baby boy, but said baby boy was walking. He would walk forward, past us, his mom would call, “Hey, little man,” and he would turn around and walk back to her. He was soooooo adorable! Way too short to be walking, but there he was, walking. He also seemed like such a sweet baby, not running off, calm and collected AND CUTE!
