Vindmans Ukraine Video – Mark Fiore
Several blazes broke out in the heavily populated inland region east of Los Angeles as the strong, seasonal Santa Ana winds continued to gust up to 60 mph were predicted to last until the evening before they fade away.
Riverside police were chasing suspected car thieves after midnight when the driver tried to shake them by plowing through fields and lots, Riverside Police Officer Ryan Railsback said. The damaged vehicle pulled to a stop in a field in Jurupa Valley, where the driver and passenger bolted.
The two men, both wanted on outstanding warrants, were caught as heat from the vehicle caused grasses to combust. Authorities plan to charge them with arson.
“We put that burden on the crooks,” Railsback said, explaining the criminal charge.
Well, okay then…charge PG&E for causing OTHER fires!
PG&E top brass are criminals, crooks!
What the hell is TOYOTA thinking?!?!?!?!
Up to Bryan Hall for a double bass recital, on the deep German bass with extension. Then back to the almost deserted Hillside Cafe. 21 minutes.
Thence up to Kimbrough for the faculty guitar concert, where I only stayed for the classical music portion.
Day 6: 147+39=186 minutes.
Den must still be feeling poorly. 😦
Dusted the living room and the computer room today.
This computer needs to see a doctor. Hope Pete has time this coming week to take it in for me. I think it’s the motherboard because when I booted up yesterday morning, it beeped me several times in a row when booting. It’s only supposed to beep once, which tells you everything is ok.
The freezing up is driving me nuts, so tonight I shut her down while I went for a walk. When I booted up later, multiple beeps again and computer wouldn’t boot up. The on switch was still lit up, so I held it down to shut her down. When I pushed the start button again, one beep and she booted up, but it took awhile.
So, that’s that. Baby needs to see a doctor. 😦
Carol, try unplugging the computer for a minute. The off switch doesn’t depower everything.
Arsenic with that rice?
But it gets worser and worser:
Mades me think of ASARCO plume … arsenic, arsenic, everywhere! (yes, I know different situations…but arsenic!)
GOOD LUCK ELIZABETH! Warren announces how she’ll pay for her plan….
…”Ending her months long silence on how to pay for moving the entire nation into a government-run health care system, Elizabeth Warren on Friday laid out a detailed plan that relies on trillions of dollars in new taxes on the rich and corporations, big pay-ins from employers and aggressive cost cutting….
“…Instead of income tax hikes, Warren would cover nearly half that cost by collecting $9.1 trillion in additional taxes from corporations and high-income families over the next 10 years….”
“…Warren would cover much of the rest of cost by requiring employers to continue paying, on average, what they currently pay to cover their workers. Instead of paying an insurance company, however, they would pay the government. Their bill would be tallied based on their average spending on employee health insurance over the last few years….”
“…Corporations would lose trillions of dollars of tax deductions they are currently eligible to claim…
To collect all of this money – and trillions more Warren argues could be collected under current law if tax enforcement were adequate – the senator is arguing for a significant expansion of the Internal Revenue Service….
Yet most every element of her plan – from expanding the IRS to putting cost controls on health care to vastly expanding taxes on the rich – would be almost certain to face stiff resistance in Congress. The plan would be a historic political lift.”
Yea Den is feeling poorly alright, lack of Prednisone, since they cut me off at the VA, my adrenal gland is taking forever to kick in, nightmares all night long, this shit sucks, finally decided to wake up and away from the flipping and flopping.
