Doc, I already DO eat lots of lettuce. I have a big romaine salad every night, full of peppers, onions, celery, zucchini, spinach, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs. I use Good Seasons Italian dressing that I mix up myself with Balsamic vinegar and olive oil. No way more lettuce would control my blood pressure.
Have to cook today, one of my kitchen jobs is putting three days of salad together for myself. I have spinach on hand now, too.

I take it twice a day and Amlodipene once, brought me down to a more healthy bp.

All that other stuff is wonderful but only the lettuce and spinach lowers bp.

Seems the Mimn have moved out and there are 3 other young men across the street. Most unusual to change residences midsemester.
