Just over half of all Americans say they approve of how President Donald Trump has handled North Korea, but only a quarter think that his summit this week with Kim Jong Un will lead to the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Wednesday.
In a joint declaration following their meeting in Singapore on Tuesday, the North Korean leader pledged to move toward complete denuclearization of the peninsula and Trump vowed to guarantee the security of the United States’ old foe. Forty percent of those polled said they did not believe the countries would stick to their commitments.
Another 26 percent said they believed the United States and North Korea would meet their commitments, while 34 percent said they did not know whether they would follow through.
Thirty-nine percent believe the summit has lowered the threat of nuclear war between the United States and nuclear-armed North Korea, slightly more than the 37 percent who said they did not believe it changed anything.

No, only on blood pressure pills. My cholesterol has always been good. Had a blood test this week, we’ll see if it’s still holding. Been eating a lot of ice cream and cheese.

Somewhere along the line we became a country where if you express disgust about the lack of humanity in a situation you are labeled as weak and a “bleeding heart” – while defending a policy that shoves 1500 kids into a windowless Walmart is an opportunity to show how tough and patriotic you are.
Interment camps once again. So disgusted with the country of ours, meaning it’s people who allow these things to happen and a person like Trump to occupy the White House.

Carol, what BP pills are you taking? I have went through hell trying to find one that works without major side effects and still have not found one that has no side effects. WTF? There are 10 different ones and all have major side effects, muscle pain, joint pain, headaches, stupidness, neck pain, heart pounding. Lisinopril used to work for me until Sandoz sold the patent to a shitty drug outfit probably based in Mexico, India or China now it is as bad as the rest. I am getting sick and tired of being a guinea pig for BIG PHARMA!! It is almost like they want the side effects so you have to keep coming back to get treated for all the side effects. I broke free from the last med this morning, withdrawal made my head feel like a block of cheese, couldn’t sleep, toss and turning all night. Went back to bed at 8AM and slept till 11:30, woke up sweating but the block head was gone.
Pretty sure I got the flu from the VA Clinic, festering hotbed of germs there.

I take a Lisinopril in the morning and a Norvasc in the evening. Zero side effects.
It’s like you’re allergic to drugs. Your body can’t handle them. Maybe it’s your genetic makeup. The side effects listed don’t happen to everyone, I think they just happened to one, maybe a couple, so they have to list them. You’re one of those the side effect affects.
It’s awful that you have such reactions to the drugs that are supposed to help you. I guess they have to keep trying new stuff on you, see what doesn’t upset your body.
